Learn about the services we offer in our office and via telepsychology.

We utilize an integrative approach rooted in multicultural theory and social justice. Together, we will guide you to establish and maintain insight and understanding; effective coping strategies; and behavior change and modification.

 

Individual Therapy

Provided to adolescents and adults.  We incorporate Psychodynamic, Interpersonal Process, and Cognitive Behavioral theories to treat a variety of presenting concerns including but not limited to:

    • Depression/Mood Disorders
    • Anxiety Disorders
    • Adjustment Concerns
    • Identity Concerns
    • Grief/Loss
    • Trauma
    • Group Dynamics

Group Therapy

Provided to adolescents and adults.  We offer a series of support groups and process groups for individuals with common therapy goals or backgrounds.  We offer groups specifically for students and young adults, along with the general adult population.  Groups vary from 4-8 participants. 

Clinical Supervision

Provided to graduate students and licensed psychologists. We offer clinical supervision and consultation in the following areas: Self Psychology, Contemporary Forms of Psychoanalysis, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy (CBASP).

Organizational Consulting

Provided to groups, organizations, colleges and universities and other small businesses.  Following a comprehensive assessment and understanding of needs, we will propose and advise upon a series of interventions designed to align with your organizational values and objectives.  Common concerns may include effective communication skills, cohesion building, or outreach and community engagement.
